Dusk Physiotherapy is currently seeking a reliable and personable *Receptionist* to join our team at our *North Brampton location*. This position is for *Full time position.*

We are a busy *interdisciplinary healthcare practice* providing physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and medical services. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

*Key Qualifications:*

• Outgoing, confident, and able to provide excellent patient service
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with patient scheduling, billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Comfortable handling point-of-sale transactions (VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash)
• Knowledge of insurance claims processing and direct billing
• Knowledge of Janeapp EMR or any other EMR system
• Proficiency with computer software such as *MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jane*
• *Previous experience* in a medical, rehabilitation, or clinical setting is considered an asset

• *Compensation:* $20?$22/hour
• *Location:* *11755 Bramalea Road, Brampton*
