Java Backend Architect - Data Platform
Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and continuously optimize the core backend systems of the data platform, covering capabilities such as data development, data governance, metadata management, data quality, access control, security, and workflow/task scheduling. Participate in the overall architecture design of the data platform, including service decomposition, domain modeling, API design, and the development of highly available, high-concurrency, and scalable architectures based on business requirements. Develop a deep understanding of data development and data governance processes, and build platform capabilities to improve data development efficiency, data quality, data security, metadata management, data lineage, and access governance. Integrate AI capabilities with data platforms and data governance scenarios, leveraging technologies such as LLMs, AI Agents, MCP, RAG, and Workflows to improve the efficiency of data development and governance. Explore and implement AI Agent applications in the data domain, including but not limited to:SQL / Data Development AgentData Quality Diagnosis AgentMetadata / Data Lineage Analysis AgentData Governance AgentData Troubleshooting and Root Cause AnalysisData Knowledge Q&A and Intelligent Operations Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges while continuously improving the stability, maintainability, observability, and development efficiency of the data platform. Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, data platforms, and big data, and drive the adoption of relevant technologies in real-world business scenarios. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals. Strong proficiency in Java and solid experience with mainstream Java backend technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus, with strong system design and software engineering capabilities. Extensive backend development experience in data platforms, with a solid understanding of overall data platform architecture and core module design. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and processes, including but not limited to:Metadata / Data CatalogData LineageData QualityData Security / Access ControlData Standards and Data Asset Management Experience integrating AI with data platforms, with hands-on experience using LLMs to solve challenges related to data development, data governance, or data analytics. Familiarity with mainstream AI Agent technologies and frameworks, with a good understanding of core concepts such as Agents, Tool Calling, Workflows, MCP, RAG, and Memory. Hands-on Agent development experience is highly preferred. Strong capabilities in system abstraction, technical solution design, and complex troubleshooting, with the ability to independently design and deliver core modules. Preferred Qualifications Experience building a Data Platform or Data Governance Platform from 0 to 1. Experience with projects involving AI Coding, Text-to-SQL, Data Agents, Governance Agents, or similar AI-powered data solutions. Familiarity with Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI. Experience developing MCP Servers, Tools, or Skills platforms. Experience building platforms for large-scale internet companies, fintech, Web3, or other complex data-intensive environments.
