Business Product Manager Lead

Your tasks

• Own DAU (Daily Active Users) as the core OKR. Develop and execute user growth strategies, working closely with the advertising, marketing and sales teams to hit growth targets.
• Maintain close communication with frontline stakeholders to gather business requirements, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously track competitor activities and industry trends to inform product iterations and business strategy.
• Analyse user behaviour and product data on an ongoing basis to identify growth bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Manage in-app push notifications and promotional placements to increase product visibility and user engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong data sensitivity and familiarity with user behaviour analysis, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• Clear logical thinking, strong execution, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Background in fintech, marketing or data analysis is preferred
