Dunmore House Hotel Limited, company registration number 550109, employer registered number 3287595TH is looking to recruit a Sous chef for the vacant position within our property Dunmore House Hotel located in Muckross, Clonakilty, West Cork/ Co. Cork , P85 HC03, www.dunmorehousehotel.ie ; starting date 1st of march 2027.

The SOUS CHEF /Fine dining restaurant : Sous Chef will be responsible for the fine dining restaurant during dinner service / must deputize and replace the head chef in his absence, to coordinate, supervise and train the kitchen staff , be responsible for trainings , to oversea the preparation in the kitchen , to assure every dish served to the clients is prepared at the highest level of presentation and taste . Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation. Passion for delivering excellent food and service, whilst utilizing fresh produce grown using permaculture principles by our in-house horticultural team from our on-site “Kitchen Gardens”.
