Full Time Sales Associate

Duchess Singapore is a luxury boutique specialising in curated vintage timepieces. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and personalised watch consultations • Handle walk-in customers, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries • Assist in sales transactions and after-sales follow-ups • Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays • Support daily store operations and stock handling • Create basic sales content (IG stories, simple product shots) Requirements: • Well-groomed, confident, and sales-oriented • Retail or luxury sales experience preferred (training provided) • Interest in watches, fashion, or luxury goods is a strong advantage • Good communication skills • Responsible, proactive, and a team player • Able to commit on Sundays (Half Day) • Attractive  4.5 day work week What We Offer: • Basic salary + commission + incentives • Staff purchase privileges • Hands-on training in luxury vintage watches • Friendly and supportive work environment Location: CBD Singapore (Marina One- The Heart, East Tower) Employment Type: Full-Time
