• Program Coordinator (m/f), 1 executor for an indefinite period, with a probationary period of three months

Requirements:

• Completed university graduate study or integrated undergraduate and graduate university study or specialist graduate professional study or an equivalent study from the field of social sciences and humanities
• Knowledge of computer work
• Excellent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
• Excellent professional, work, and organizational skills
• Three years of work experience in the same or similar jobs

Job description:

• based on instructions from the head of the office of the director and the artistic director, coordinates the activities of the drama, music, fine arts, and off programs with the departments of JUK Dubrovačke ljetne igre
• allocates and is responsible for the program budget
• performs organizational tasks for the realization of programs based on instructions from the head of the office of the director and the artistic director
• coordinates theater service tasks
• coordinates the work of all collaborators in the preparation and realization of EU funds projects according to the order of the project manager
• performs other tasks according to the order of the head of the office of the director and the artistic director
