• Special projects coordinator (m/f), 1 executor, for an indefinite period, with a probationary period of three months

Job Description

• coordinates and is responsible for projects within the registered activities of the institution, according to the director's instructions
• coordinates project implementation, deadlines, and costs
• coordinates all tasks upon which the success of the project depends
• performs other tasks as ordered by the director

Requirements

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate or graduate university studies, or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies, or specialist graduate professional studies, or an equivalent study in the field of social sciences and humanities
• Proficiency in computer work
• Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
• Professional, work, and organizational skills
• Three years of work experience in the same or similar positions

Candidates are required, along with a hand-signed application for the competition, to attach: - Curriculum Vitae - certificate or diploma of completed education - copy of a residence permit or identity card - proof of proficiency in a foreign world language - electronic record or confirmation of data recorded in the HZMO database, copy of contracts or confirmation from employers regarding the type and duration of tasks performed and the period during which the candidate performed specific tasks. If a candidate exercises a right of preference in employment according to a special law, they are obliged to refer to that right in the application and attach documents proving the status based on which they exercise the right of preference. An application is considered complete if it contains all the data and attachments specified in the competition. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered. By applying for the competition, the candidate gives consent to the Public Cultural Institution Dubrovačke ljetne igre to collect and process the personal data provided in the application and the attached documentation, exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure. Candidates who submit valid documentation within the specified deadline will be called for a knowledge test. Candidates will be notified of the results of the Competition in writing within 15 days of the deadline for submission of applications. The Public Cultural Institution Dubrovačke ljetne igre reserves the right to suspend the competition procedure or not to select any candidate if none of the candidates meet the requirements or if circumstances change significantly after the publication of the competition.
