DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Provide efficient customer service by responding to customer inquiries, either over the phone or in person, locating products or merchandise the customer is looking for, attending to customer complaints, and assisting them in fulfilling their needs while in the store premises.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least a High School graduate or college-level
• With good communication and customer service skills
