Job Description

*Temporary position for August and September*

At the Freight Forward department of DSV in Venlo, there is a significant peak in August and September. As a Transport Planner, you will support the team in ensuring the smooth running of daily transport processes.

Your activities include:

• Planning and organizing transports;
• Following up and monitoring shipments;
• Monitoring the progress of transports;
• Processing and maintaining data in various systems;
• Coordinating with colleagues and other involved parties when necessary.

You will work primarily independently, but you are part of a dedicated team where collaboration and good communication are important.

Job Requirements

• Are you available for at least 32 hours per week, with 40 hours being preferred;
• Are you available in August and September;
• Do you have no planned holidays during this period;
• Can you work well with MS Office;
• Do you have a good command of the English language;
• Do you preferably have experience within logistics and/or with transport planning.

Employment Conditions

• Gross hourly wage: €17,31
• Temporary position for August and September
• Minimum 32 hours per week, preference for 40 hours
