There is a significant peak in August and September at the Freight Forward department of DSV in Venlo. As a Transport Planner, you will support the team in ensuring the smooth running of daily transport processes.

Your activities include:

• Planning and organizing transports;
• Following up and monitoring shipments;
• Monitoring the progress of transports;
• Processing and maintaining data in various systems;
• Coordinating with colleagues and other involved parties when necessary.

You will work primarily independently, but you are part of a dedicated team where collaboration and good communication are important. Where will you work?

You will be working at DSV, an international logistics service provider. From the location in Venlo, you will work in the Freight Forward department within Transport Logistics. You will enter a professional and dynamic working environment where no two days are the same.

Who are you?

• Are you available for at least 32 hours per week, with 40 hours being preferred;
• Are you available in August and September;
• Do you have no planned holidays during this period;
• Are you proficient with MS Office;
• Do you have a good command of the English language;
• Do you preferably have experience within logistics and/or with transport planning.

What can you expect?

• Gross hourly wage: €17.31
• Temporary position for August and September
• At least 32 hours per week, preference for 40 hours
