Asset Protection Supervisor - Schedule Availability

We are a company in the logistics and warehousing sector and we are requesting a 'ASSET PROTECTION SUPERVISOR', we work with electronic and automotive parts

Responsibilities

• Keep updated, promote, and ensure compliance with the company's security norms, policies, and procedures

• Maintain OEA standards together with the asset protection security superintendent of the corresponding region.

• Responsible for the supervision and administration of on-site security
• Responsible for the supervision and administration of monitoring personnel
• Responsible for the supervision and administration of security coordinators (not limited to the personnel under their charge)
• Responsible for the training of internal and external personnel regarding security matters
• Responsible for the correct functioning of the installed security equipment
• Responsible for the monthly backups of facility access control and evidence of the correct functioning of the CCTV
• Responsible for maintaining the statistical record of the 19-point and/or 9-point inspections.
• Maintain OEA standards together with the asset protection security superintendent of the corresponding region.
• Maintain TAPA standards if applicable, together with the asset protection security superintendent of the corresponding region.
• Carry out and/or collaborate in investigations related to incidents that occur in the facilities, using the different equipment/tools available at the branch.
• Detect and analyze incidents that occur in the warehouse and report them in a timely and proper manner to the site manager and the asset protection security superintendent of the corresponding region
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies that guarantee the reduction of incidents related to the security of the warehouse, employees, visitors, and the supply chain.
• Develop any new activity and/or project assigned by the security superintendent of the corresponding region.
• Responsible for managing monthly follow-up meetings and KPIs of the on-site security company and/or escorts.
• Develop and implement together with the asset protection security superintendent the processes, documents, formats, and requirements necessary for OEA compliance, client requests, audits, and inspections
• Provide attention and follow-up to activities required by authorities, agencies, and clients as required.
• Provide attention and follow-up to visits, inspections, audits, or special requirements from clients designated as “high value”.
• Ensure the correct billing of on-site security services, monitoring, armed personnel, or patrolling.
• Keep their work area in conditions of order and cleanliness

SCHEDULES

8:00 am to 5:35 pm Monday to Friday With availability to attend to extraordinary situations at the company

REQUIREMENTS:

Male Knowledge in asset protection Knowledge in OEA

• Nominal pay: $25,000 to 30,000 per month
