Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree (foreign trade, administration, or related)
- Advanced conversational English
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in personnel management
Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate the client's exports and imports
- Manage information from different systems, as well as coordinate shipments with customs agents.
- Point of contact to provide status, resolve problems, and escalations with operations and/or the client
- Review reports and/or information regarding advance payment of pedimentos to avoid fines
- Prepare reports for the client and/or operations
- Coordinate the customs clearance assigned to the project
- Manage the generation of necessary documents to achieve import and export clearance
- Notify and follow up on findings and discrepancies.
- Provide support to the customs compliance area to achieve the area's objectives.
