Materials Superintendent

• Constantly review with the CSR team for the correct release and proper scheduling of orders within the window or pending shipment, ensuring that customer request dates are met and that this considers established requirements and priorities.
• Analyze and provide responses together with the CSR team regarding the causes of delays in orders to be shipped.
• Plan solutions with the purpose of reporting the plan to management and the customer.
• Prepare operation metrics reports together with Management, as well as actions and solution dates for the purpose of operational follow-up.
• Coordinate the CSR and operations teams to effectively execute RISO (Out of target date and date reassignment), as well as pull in orders to the shipping window in order to have them released and meet the reassigned dates.
• Provide support to the Operations and CSR teams regarding material shortage meetings, requesting priority material to supply the operation in order to align material arrival dates with the dates required by the customer.
• Coordinate meetings with the operations area and with customers for the purpose of communicating/updating necessary information for the business units or operating process.
• Provide support to the Operations and CSR teams regarding material shortage meetings and priority material to supply the operation.
• 100% compliance with the OSD process with CX1 System updates in a timely manner, and carry out direct follow-up with the vendor for EDI compliance.
• Provide follow-up and training to the team on the introduction of new business units (BU´s) or customer requirements, in order to meet agreed metrics and expectations.
• Follow-up and monitoring of the supply chain through the different 4PLs to DSV.
• Responsible for effective communication between DSV & vendor for the fulfillment of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Attend stabilization meetings, led by the signals team and presented to the operations team and the customer, for the purpose of knowing the summary of technical problems affecting the orders.

• Minimum education: Higher education
• Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience
• Languages: English
