- 3pl Warehouse
- Food and/or Pharma Warehouse
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Managerial position
- Invoicing of 1/4 of a million US dollars
- 80% Spoken and Written English
- Knowledge of computer packages, not limited to MS Office, Windows, Visio
REGULATIONS
Integrated System
- Comply with the CSSM policy.
- Participate in system training and activities.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the integrated management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 if applicable).
- Collaborate in the proposal and development of continuous improvement projects.
ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety
- Identify and report risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions in the workplace.
- Correctly use personal protective equipment.
ISO 14001 Environment
- Comply with applicable environmental practices (waste management, resource use, pollution prevention, etc.)
OEA Compliance
- Comply with and support the guidelines of the Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) program, following the security procedures and controls established in the warehouse.
- Contribute to the integrity and traceability of the logistics chain, reporting any detected anomaly, risk, or non-compliance.
- Participate in security and internal control practices, maintaining compliance with the OEA standards applicable to your functions.
GENERAL
- Attend to requests and requirements from customers and suppliers by providing efficient and adequate support.
- Carry out employee performance reviews.
- Assist in the training programs (internal/external) of the personnel under your charge.
- Work with Corporate on quotes and their follow-up regarding potential new customers.
- Monitor the operations of the assigned area(s) to ensure that all activities are carried out according to the required times, periodically reviewing efficiencies, production, trend evaluation, and the consequent implementation of actions and determination of costs.
- Coordinate group meetings for problem-solving through the implementation and follow-up of action plans for containment, correction, and/or prevention of internal and external problems.
- Responsible for the definition of the business plan and budget of the areas under your charge and the follow-up and monitoring of their results in the cycle, incorporating the necessary actions to keep the results aligned with the projection.
- May support the Plant Manager in the definition and review of prices, standard cost, quotes, sale, and collection of products or services.
- Responsible for ensuring that operational activities are carried out according to established procedures.
- Prepare and update the procedures corresponding to your area, when required.
- Provide support, guidance, and feedback to your personnel to ensure better follow-up of assigned tasks (Supervisors, Coordinators, etc.).
- Work with Corporate on quotes and their follow-up regarding potential new customers.
- Coordinate the preparation of the QOS report (daily, OEM, supplier).
- Participate in the preparation of 8D, when required, and implement the corrective actions derived from it.
- Notify the Plant Manager of any event that may affect the operation.
- Report to the Plant Manager any problems occurring with the system that put the operation at risk and affect the customer.
- Carry out regular meetings with all warehouse personnel.
