Your Activities

• Leadership and further development of your own team
• Responsibility for all team activities and ensuring task and service agreements
• You are the central point of contact for our national & international key accounts
• Incoming customer inquiries of any kind and scope fall within your area of responsibility
• Supply Chain Monitoring - agreed SOP standards are monitored and maintained by you
• Monitoring data entry and transfers as well as defined work processes is part of your daily tasks
• Day-to-day business-based customer service is handled by you with ease and good communication
• You are entrusted with the creation or preparation of KPI Reports and customer-specific analyses
• Our IT-supported programs DINAS, ZAS and Track & Trace enable you to perform proactive shipment monitoring
• National and international dispatch of transport orders occurs occasionally

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training as Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) / Kaufmann (m/w/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
• Professional experience in the area of key account management
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Teamwork and sociability; ability to motivate others
• An organized, independent way of working and teamwork enable you to have a structured, successful everyday life
• You present yourself confidently
• Willingness for personal development
• English in speaking and writing is a necessary requirement due to international contacts
• You are familiar with common MS Office programs
• Knowledge of Dinas is an advantage but not required
