In doing so, you will manage part of our operational team and set important impulses for its further development.

Your Activities

• Leadership and further development of your own team
• Responsibility for all team activities and ensuring task and service level agreements
• Support of national and international key accounts as a central contact person
• Processing and coordination of incoming customer inquiries
• Monitoring of supply chain processes in compliance with agreed SOP standards
• Control of data entry, data transfer, and defined work processes
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer service in daily business
• Creation and preparation of KPI reports as well as customer-specific analyses
• Proactive shipment monitoring using the systems DINAS, ZAS, and Track & Trace
• Occasional national and international dispatching of transport orders

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training as Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
• Professional experience in the area of key account management
• Initial experience in leading employees
• Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Structured, independent, and organized way of working
• Confident and professional appearance
• High willingness for personal and professional development
• Good English skills in speaking and writing are mandatory for cooperation in an international environment
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of Transport-Management-Systemen (TMS) is an advantage
