You work as a Logistics Specialist Construction / Order Processing & Transport Coordination (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy organizing, keeping an overview even with multiple orders, and ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time? Then become part of our team in Grimma / Mutzschen and support us in the professional management and processing of our customer orders.

Your Tasks

• You check incoming orders for completeness and plausibility.
• You coordinate the timely processing and delivery of tool and material requirements.
• You monitor delivery dates and coordinate with internal and external interfaces.
• You create transport and shipping documents, especially CMR freight documents.
• You take stock levels in external warehouses into account during order planning.
• You process booking discrepancies and clarify open issues with customers and specialist departments.
• You support compliance with our quality standards and optimization processes.
• You ensure order and structure in accordance with 5S standards.

Your Profile:

• You have completed commercial vocational training.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and responsibly.
• You have good written and spoken English skills.
• You are proficient in using MS Office.
• You enjoy learning to use new IT systems.
• You possess organizational talent as well as a good understanding of numbers.
• You convince through strong communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.
• You are resilient, flexible, and willing to work shifts and overtime.
