• you will lead, develop, and coordinate the entrusted team of team leaders who manage shift leaders
• you will ensure that ultra-modern electronics under our management always go in the right direction, at the right time, and with 100% quality
• the word stereotype is not a daily occurrence for us, so you will participate in many innovations, creating new processes, and setting corrective measures for improvement
• you will work in the SAP system (basis for reports, searching for information…)
• daily you will be in contact with an English-speaking customer and coordinate non-standard orders, on time shipment, and much more
• likewise, you will deal daily with our company's management (solving new challenges, capacity planning….)
