Your Activities

• Professional communication and close coordination with customers, transport partners and internal specialist departments

• Independent creation and checking of invoices for defined customer and transport orders in the automotive sector

• Checking and reconciliation of shipping notices with actually received shipments as well as processing possible cancelled freight

• Clarification and tracking of billing differences in cooperation with our customers and internal contact persons

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training as Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification

• Good written and spoken English skills for communication in an international environment

• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a professional appearance

• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications and digital work tools

• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations

• Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a high level of commitment
