Your Tasks
- Order entry and assessment of transports
- Telephone support for our customers as well as processing all related inquiries
- Correspondence with customers, transport entrepreneurs, and internal contact persons
- Scheduling and dispatching of truck traffic
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a comparable commercial training
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Customer- and service-oriented appearance
- Confident handling of common PC applications
- Flexibility, teamwork, resilience, and assertiveness
- High level of commitment as well as an independent and responsible way of working
