Your Tasks:

• Operational and administrative processing of trade fairs and exhibitions with a focus on processing international shipments by land / air / sea in the network (DSV and partners)
• Planning and initiating air and sea freight, partly including customs clearance
• Complete processing from quotation creation including calculation as well as execution through to billing and invoice reclamations
• Written, telephone and personal customer support
• Independent correspondence and negotiation with domestic and foreign offices, partners and agents

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Kaufmann für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistungen or comparable commercial training
• Experience in the organization and processing of trade fair shipments as well as corresponding suitability in customs clearance is an advantage
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
• Confident and poised appearance, good manners and strong customer orientation
• Willingness for flexible working hours, weekend work and travel
• Commitment, resilience, high degree of flexibility, teamwork skills
• Confident handling of common IT programs (MS-Office)
• Experience in handling the IT program GLOBUS
