Your Activities

• Leadership and motivation of the "Controlling Air & Sea, DACH" team
• Professional support and direct exchange with management in the DACH region
• Steering the financial integrations of ongoing and future M&A projects
• Planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting according to IFRS
• Further development and adaptation of controlling and reporting instruments
• Further development of management reports, forecasts and reports
• Initiating the development and continuous improvement of the work-flow processes in the department as well as in the companies
• Reporting and accountability to the Director Controlling

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Controlling / Finance / Auditing
• Relevant professional experience in the field of financial controlling or auditing
• Initial experience in employee leadership
• Strong analytical skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• High level of commitment, communication strength and confident appearance
• Reliable time management
