Your Tasks:

• Dispatching of our own fleet as well as our transport partners, from Sprinter to 40-tonner
• Ensuring punctual pickups and deliveries, taking customer and product requirements into account
• Continuous optimization of routes, capacities and vehicle utilization
• Short- and medium-term capacity and loading space planning
• Control, support and deployment planning of drivers and subcontractors
• Contact person for customers, drivers, carriers and internal specialist departments
• Close cooperation with transshipment, long-distance transport, sales and service
• Negotiation with carriers from an economic perspective
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and legal requirements

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in dispatching, transport logistics or a groupage network is an advantage
• High level of commitment, organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding working, driving and rest times
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Good local and market knowledge in the Leipzig metropolitan area
• Confident handling of MS Office
