Freight Forwarder Airfreight, Healthcare - DSV

As a Freight Forwarder Airfreight Export, you are the most important point of contact for our customers within the healthcare sector. You ensure smooth communication and excellent service regarding their airfreight shipments, both import and export.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating airfreight shipments (import and export) within the healthcare sector and providing instructions to the booking and customs teams.
• Handling customer inquiries and professionally following up on escalations, involving the Team Lead if necessary.
• Communicating daily within the DSV network regarding healthcare airfreight shipments and relevant updates.
• Overseeing compliance with DSV guidelines regarding security, embargo countries, airlines, and goods flows.
• Applying GDP guidelines (Good Distribution Practice) and working according to the Customer Standard Operating Procedures (CSOP's) of healthcare customers.
• Managing documentation, including uploading documents and providing post-flight communication.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, the DSV Code of Conduct, and applicable safety regulations.

Are you the perfect match?

• Initial experience as a Freight Forwarder Airfreight is a plus, preferably within the healthcare sector, or you have recently obtained a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
• Knowledge of healthcare procedures, quality management systems (QMS), and healthcare service levels within CargoWise.
• A good command of English, both oral and written.
• You work accurately, are customer-oriented, and know how to set priorities in a dynamic environment.
