Production Joiner

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Joiner to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dunblane. In this role, you will be responsible for cutiting, fabricating, and assembling high-quality wooden and timber commercial office furniture and screens. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable, precise, and aesthetically pleasing products. Duties Accurately measure and prepare timber for cutting on the table saw, pull saw, or band saw, working your way through cutting lists in line with production requirements. Fabricate and shape materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialised machinery to meet project specifications Assemble components accurately according to technical drawings Operate hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and drills safely and efficiently On occasion, install finished products on-site Skills Skilled in fabrication, assembly, and joinery techniques Proficiency with hand tools, cutting machinery, and power tools used in carpentry Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Able to work in line with safety procedures Effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors Experience Required Experience of using hand tools, power tools, table saws, and cutting blades. Experience in a manufacturing enviroment advantageous Experience making furniture / framemaking preferred but not required, full training on products and processes will be provided
