DS & SS Restaurants LTD is seeking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their management team. The successful candidate will need to have the skills to provide a hands on approach to the role and will implement procedures effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

€ 36605 + per year

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations
• Enhancing employee productivity and professional development.
• Managing recruitment and training new employees
• Ensuring all staff complies with health and safety regulations
• Providing upper management with regular reports.
• Design and deliver training on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 5 + years management experience in employee relations, front office, HR/training
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship building
• Retail or hospitality experience
