Introduction

Provide direction to multiple warehouse teams and help build a new, automated logistics operation in Lelystad.

Who are we looking for?

As Warehouse Manager, you combine strong leadership with an analytical view of the operation. You know how to get multiple teams moving, drive results, and simultaneously maintain an eye for safety, quality, and development. You are accustomed to leading through Supervisors and know how to connect at different levels. In doing so, you look beyond the daily operation. You analyze data, recognize opportunities for improvement, and ensure that ideas are actually converted into concrete improvements.

• HBO working and thinking level and several years of experience in warehouse management or a comparable operational leadership role
• Experience in managing multiple teams via Supervisors and driving operational KPIs
• Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and ERP/WMS systems, such as SAP
• Strong leadership and coaching skills and good command of the English language
• A proactive attitude and the willingness to work in two shifts
