Who are we looking for?

As HSE Lead, you combine strategic insight with decisiveness on the shop floor. You know how to translate legislation into practical applications and stimulate a strong safety culture within the organization.

• HBO education in the direction of Integral Safety Science, Environmental Science, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable study
• At least 2 years of experience in an HSE role within production or operations
• Thorough knowledge of RI&E, TRA, audits, and relevant legislation
• Strong communication skills in English
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to structurally secure improvements
