AI Coach
About the Role We are looking for a confident and client-focused Microsoft Copilot Coach to help organizations adopt Microsoft Copilot successfully and use it effectively in everyday work. In this role, you will guide knowledge workers through practical, one-to-one coaching sessions, helping them understand how Copilot can support their tasks, improve productivity, and create measurable business value. You will make AI concepts simple, relevant, and actionable, while encouraging users to build confidence and develop better digital work habits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, explaining technology clearly, and helping people embrace new ways of working with AI.
What You Will Do Build strong client relationships and help users clearly understand the purpose, value, and practical benefits of Microsoft Copilot.
Assess client workflows, business priorities, tools, and user scenarios to tailor coaching sessions to real workplace needs.
Deliver engaging remote 1:1 coaching sessions that demonstrate how Copilot can be applied to daily tasks such as communication, content creation, meetings, analysis, and workflow improvement.
Encourage adoption by introducing relevant use cases, guiding users through practical examples, and helping them identify new opportunities where Copilot can add value.
Support users in translating AI capabilities into practical outcomes, including improved efficiency, better collaboration, and more confident use of AI-enabled tools.
Serve as a trusted coach and advisor who promotes positive change, answers user questions, and helps clients sustain effective Copilot usage over time.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience, including training delivery, customer advisory, consulting, facilitation, coaching, or workshop leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and fundamentals, with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot in practical business or productivity scenarios.
Exposure to other AI tools, such as Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or ChatGPT, is a plus.
Comfortable coaching clients in both 1: many sessions and 1:1 remote engagement.
