IT Manager

DRYFO S.A., with a long-standing presence in the food trade and processing sector, continues to invest in the development of its human resources. As part of its continuous evolution, it is seeking an IT Manager to strengthen the team at our facilities in Kalochori.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of the IT strategy in alignment with the company's business goals
• Management, maintenance, and upgrade of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, cloud services)
• Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Installation and maintenance of software at the company's workstations
• Training and support of staff on the programs used by the company
• Providing procedures and reports for identifying and resolving data integrity issues
• Management and optimization of ERP, WMS, EMS, BI, and Cloud
• Collaboration with all departments to understand needs and implement technological solutions
• Monitoring technological developments and introducing innovative solutions
• Needs analysis and proposals for process optimization through technology
• Experience in data accuracy / master data management / reporting
• Knowledge of automation / scripting (Python, Google Apps Script, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in informatics or another related scientific field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in ERP systems
• Good knowledge of networks, security systems, and cloud services
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection issues
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent computer skills in an Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Postgraduate degree in a related subject
• Knowledge of data analysis or business intelligence tools
