Responsibilities and duties

· Responsible for the areas of contract management, third-party hiring, and indirect procurement at a global level; · Strategic support in process improvements and expense reduction; · Development and maintenance of purchasing and contracting policies; · Develop and maintain approval workflows and purchasing/contracting authority limits; · Act in the management of third-party contracts; · Act in the management of law firms and validation of third-party and client contracts; · Support other areas with legal demands; · Act in negotiations with service providers and strategic suppliers, managing supply risks; · Map optimization opportunities in supply and contracting that encompass all companies in the group; · Implementation, review, and maintenance of the purchasing system module; · Advisory to the Board of Directors and Presidency of the companies, preparing management reports to support strategic decisions related to the area; · Strategic vision to identify and propose continuous improvement in the processes of the departments under your responsibility;

Requirements and qualifications

• Higher Education in Business Administration, Procurement Management, or related areas
• Specialization or MBA
• Extracurricular courses
• Proven experience in procurement processes
• Advanced English
• Office Package – advanced
• Advanced Excel
• Advanced Power BI
