Responsibilities:

Fund Sourcing & Sales: Promote and sell fixed deposits, investment products, and wealth-building solutions to meet strict revenue targets. Client Acquisition: Prospect new retail and institutional depositors via networking, field visits, digital channels, and referrals. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term connections with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate accounts to ensure high fund retention. Market Analysis: Track competitor deposit rates, yield offerings, and prevailing financial market trends to position products competitively. Customer Education: Guide clients on financial planning, treasury instruments, and digital wealth-management platforms. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all deposit and investment intake procedures adhere strictly to internal risk guidelines and regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACIB, ICAN, CFA) is an advantage.

Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in fund mobilization, sales, or business development within banking, microfinance, asset management, insurance, or a related financial services environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding large-scale deposit/investment mobilization targets.

An existing network of high-net-worth individuals, corporates, or institutional contacts is a strong advantage. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Target-driven with a high level of self-motivation and resilience

Strong networking and business development capability

Good understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and regulatory requirements

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales tracking tools
