E-commerce Manager

Objective: Responsible for leading the strategy and operation of digital sales channels, ensuring commercial growth, profitability, and an excellent customer experience.

Main responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for the growth of E-commerce and digital sales channels.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary work teams.
• Manage and monitor the operation of the Call Center / Contact Center.
• Monitor sales, productivity, service, and channel profitability indicators.
• Plan commercial activities and promotions for digital channels.
• Coordinate initiatives with the Marketing, Technology, Operations, Logistics, and Finance areas.
• Manage providers and strategic allies related to the digital operation.
• Analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and channel processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in E-commerce and management of digital sales channels.
• Experience in the administration or leadership of Call Center / Contact Center operations.
• Proven experience in personnel management and leadership.
• Experience in commercial management, indicator analysis, and goal achievement.
• Knowledge of digital strategies and web analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, and SAP.
• Desirable Master's degree in Marketing, Administration, or related areas.
• Availability to travel.
