DRK-Betreuungsdienste Westfalen-Lippe gemeinnützige GmbH has, on behalf of various district governments, undertaken the caring supervision and care of refugees in communal facilities of the state of NRW at several locations in NRW.
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Staff Member for Children's Playroom (m/f/*) in full-time or part-time. This position is initially temporary. An extension of the employment relationship is intended.
These tasks await you
- Operation of the children's playroom during fixed opening hours
- Supporting parents with childcare
- Conducting games and creative activities
- Organization of leisure activities
- Integration of voluntary engagements
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a state-certified Erzieher*in, Kinderpfleger*in, Heilerziehungspfleger*in, Sozialpädagog*innen, Sozialassistent*in or an equivalent qualification according to KiBiz
- Empathy
- Very good foreign language skills, at least English and/or French, ideally additional foreign languages
- Independent way of working
- Measles protection vaccination/immunity
- High motivation and reliability
- Friendly and open demeanor
- Organizational talent
- High resilience in stressful situations
