Car Rental Agent - Thessaloniki

Drive Hellas A.E. is looking for a Car Rental Agent / Customer Service Representative for its branch in Thessaloniki.

What you will do in the role

As a Car Rental Agent/Customer Service Representative, you will contribute decisively to providing an excellent service experience to our customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of reservations and rental agreements
• Customer service with professionalism and politeness
• Handling inquiries and resolving complaints
• Data entry and basic operational tasks in systems

Required Qualifications:

• Driver's license
• Previous experience in a similar position or a related field (desirable)
• Communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
• Very good knowledge of English (a second foreign language will be considered an additional qualification)
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
