Marketing Supervisor

is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing all marketing activities to ensure alignment with Dricha’s brand strategy. This role acts as a key liaison between the marketing operations team, sales, and management, with a strong focus on strategy execution, target achievement, and consistent brand communication across multiple channels.

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

1. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives and brand direction.
2. Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans and supervise execution across all marketing channels.
3. Supervise and coordinate the marketing team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and daily execution control.
4. Ensure brand communication and positioning are implemented consistently across all online and offline touchpoints.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support continuous improvement.
6. Coordinate integrated marketing activities in collaboration with sales, e-commerce, product, and operations teams.
7. Prepare marketing performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
8. Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed KPIs.

[QUALIFICATION]

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or coordinative role, preferably with beauty/skincare industry background.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, and brand activation.
• Accustomed to working with targets and a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured manner with strong initiative.
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
