About the company

Reporting to DREVON TECHNOLOGIE, a company specializing in precision mechanics (turning, milling, wire EDM), equipped with a modern production tool of more than 20 machines including 3 robotic and palletized 5-axis centers, you will hold the position of Operations Manager.

Your tasks

A true industrial conductor, you will structure, manage, and secure all the group's flows: planning, methods, purchasing, procurement, logistics, transport, subcontracting, sales administration, and operational quality. This pivotal position places you at the heart of performance: you will lead and develop your teams (15 to 20 employees), guarantee the fluidity of operations, and contribute to the group's growth. You will actively participate in the quality process (ISO 9001 / EN 9100) and investment decisions for an increasingly modern and roboticized machine park.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operations manager in an industry dedicated to demanding sectors.
• Mastery of planning / scheduling / transport.
• Natural leadership, sense of customer relations.
• Rigor, reliability, autonomy.
• Ability to handle emergencies without stress.
• Will participate in the future Management Committee.
• Mastery of the English language - Proficiency with ERP tools, Solidworks.
