B24 Development Coordinator

Your tasks

Coordinate software developments for the ATM platform in assigned projects to achieve the objectives in time, cost, and quality required by the organization. Implement continuous improvement processes for solution analysis.

Guarantee the functionality and optimization of the systems that support the Institution's operation through the control of cost, time, and quality for the Automated Teller Machine platform.

Ensure that the implemented solutions comply with security standards and bank policies. Integration of the needs and requirements of the areas involved in the ATM platform.

Manage Internal/External teams and technology providers participating in the full project cycle to achieve successful projects.

Maintain communication channels with the systems engineering, shared services, and technology provider areas to identify the needs of the business lines and Operation, with the objective of providing systems that cover customer needs.

Manage and validate the quality of each development deliverable for the ATM platform projects. Align deliverables with the institutional strategic plan to favor the profitability and objectives of the group.

Use Agile methodologies for software development, implement quality controls such as line. Implement and use tools and methodologies within the organization to develop systems aimed at reducing internal costs, optimizing tasks, and increasing internal efficiency.

Requirements

Education Bachelor's / Engineering in Systems or related field.

Advanced English 8 years of experience in the implementation of solutions for the Automated Teller Machine platform.

4 years of experience in the implementation of projects for SW development with Agile or XP methodologies and quality methodologies such as line.

Knowledge and tools

• Experience in the implementation of ATM projects interacting with the Device Handler 9.2 component or higher.
• Experience in the implementation of fraud monitoring tools for ATMs (PRLM and Falcon).

• Experience in EMV certification processes for MasterCard and Visa.
