Property Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our real estate team in the Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers, providing expert advice, and facilitating property transactions to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Assist clients in property viewings and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through trust and excellent communication.
• Research and analyze property market trends to advise clients accurately.
• Prepare and present property proposals and documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and attract new clients.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices within the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
