Job Description

Strengthen our team as a Manager in the Business Unit Consulting – ideally at our locations in Köln or Düsseldorf. Alternatively, we would also welcome your support in Frankfurt. • Independent management and implementation of holistic consulting projects with a focus on optimizing organizational structures and processes
• Steering and processing of digitalization projects surrounding real estate and its management
• Further development of our consulting portfolio in the subject areas of Digital Operations and Smart Building
• Development and implementation of innovative ideas, processes, and business models in the consulting area
• Active building and expansion of a network with owners, technology providers, and users
• Support in the acquisition of new projects, including contributing your own ideas and independent market development

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of real estate management, Facility Management, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in consulting, ideally with at least 3 years of focus on organization and digitalization consulting
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel depending on projects
• High consulting competence, strong communication skills, and high customer orientation
• Team spirit, analytical thinking, high quality standards, and an independent way of working
