Production Engineer

Monitor and control production processes to ensure achievement of daily output, quality, and efficiency targets.

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Investigate production losses, equipment stoppages, and quality issues, then implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, OEE, yield, waste, and downtime.

Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Lead process improvement projects aimed at increasing capacity, improving product quality, and reducing operational costs.

Participate in equipment trials, process validations, and new product or process introductions.

Prepare production performance reports and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources to achieve optimum performance.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all production areas.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Production, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field).

1–3 years of hands-on experience in production, preferably in food production or FMCG.

Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Strong people management, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and support daily operational objectives.
