🎄 Tanglin Christmas Carnival – Event Crew

Position: Christmas Carnival Event Crew Number of Vacancies: 18 positions Location: Tanglin Event Period: 13 November – 27 December 2026 Age Requirement: 18 years old and above

💰 Salary

$15 per hour Paid training will be provided in November before the event starts.

🕐 Working Hours & Shift Arrangement

We are hiring 18 event crew members, split into 2 rotating teams of 9. Staff will work on a rotating shift arrangement to ensure sufficient manpower coverage throughout the event period.

13 November – 20 December 2026 Event days: Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday Working hours: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Friday) & 10.30am-4.30pm / 4.30pm-9.30pm (5-6 hour shift on Sat & Sun based on roster)

21 December – 27 December 2026 Event days: Monday to Sunday Working hours: 11am-5pm / 5pm-9pm (5-6 hour shift based on roster)

Staff will be rostered into shifts to cover the event's operating hours.

🎪 Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage carnival game booths.
• Assist guests with carnival games and activities.
• Manage and monitor inflatable attractions.
• Assist with ticketing and admission.
• Check and manage tickets before guests enter attractions.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Assist with queue management and crowd flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the event areas.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Report any safety, equipment or customer-related issues to the Event Supervisor.
• Assist with event set-up, closing and other event duties when required.
