Your tasks

Your dream role You'll work side by side with the Store Manager to lead by example, energise the team and make every customer interaction count.

How you’ll help the nation sleep better

• Lead by example on service, sales and store standards

• Support, motivate and develop the store team.

• Coach performance, set clear expectations and celebrate wins.

• Walking the floor regularly to ensure store standards are consistently high so every customer’s visit feels memorable.
