💆 Your Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, peels, skin rejuvenation, and massage techniques.
- Provide bust care and enhancement treatments in accordance with company procedures and client needs.
- Educate clients on treatment processes, skincare routines, and aftercare recommendations.
- Build positive client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer payments and collections accurately.
- Monitor treatment supplies and maintain sufficient inventory.
- Support daily operations and other ad-hoc duties when required.
🌷 Who We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Experience in facials or other beauty treatments is an advantage.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service.
- Positive, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends.
