2027 Food & Beverage Internship at Sand Valley

Sand Valley is a golf resort and community settled gently upon 12,000 acres of rugged, prehistoric sand dunes in central Wisconsin. Here, residents and guests will find six world-class golf courses built in harmony with the land: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, Sandbox, The Lido, Sedge Valley, and Commons.  Founded in 2016 by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser, the resort is known for its friendly hospitality and a community of golf and outdoor enthusiasts who have been drawn to the raw beauty and serenity of the vast Wisconsin Wilderness.

Beyond premier golf, Sand Valley is a year-round celebration of all the outdoors from fat-tire biking, hiking, and kayaking to ice hockey, skating, or a guided cold plunge. The resort now features a 13,000-square-foot Tennis Center with 16 grass tennis courts and the twelfth Court Tennis facility in the United States. Alongside soul-stirring golf and outdoor exploration, Sand Valley offers a variety of savory dining venues showcasing globally inspired and rustic Wisconsin cuisine.

The Internship Gain hands on hospitality experience as part of Sand Valley’s Food & Beverage team. Our interns work alongside experienced team members and leaders while learning the day to day operations of a busy destination resort.

With a variety of dining concepts across the property, you will gain experience serving guests, supporting restaurant operations, working across teams, and seeing how Food & Beverage contributes to the overall Sand Valley experience.

This is a working internship. You will be part of the team, contribute to daily operations, and build practical skills throughout the season.

Currently pursuing a hospitality, food and beverage, business, or related program

Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment

Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and help wherever needed

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

The Sand Valley Experience Sand Valley offers a variety of dining experiences across the resort, from full service restaurants to casual outdoor and on course concepts. Interns become part of a growing operation serving guests from around the world while developing practical experience they can carry into their future careers.
