Job Description:

1. Content Editing & Creative Remix: Responsible for secondary creation (creative remixing) of KOL/UGC talking videos and live-stream highlight clips targeting the Vietnamese market. Edit, arrange, and assemble raw footage based on scripts and platform characteristics. Perform highlight extraction and mixed editing of trending video materials to improve footage utilization rate.
2. Visual Effects & Color Grading: Add and adjust visual effects, color correction, and filters to enhance visual appeal. Ensure overall visual consistency and alignment with brand style guidelines.
3. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate and communicate with all relevant parties throughout the video production process. Provide timely feedback on shooting and editing issues to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and complete the full production cycle.
4. Footage Management: Handle and manage video assets and related files, including transcoding, backup, and archiving, to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
5. Other Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience editing short-form videos for TikTok is highly preferred. Candidates must be familiar with TikTok platform rules, content style, and trending formats.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (PR), as well as tools like CapCut.
3. Analytical Ability: Strong summarization and review skills, with keen sensitivity to performance data and the ability to optimize content based on metrics.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Industry Knowledge: Genuine interest in and familiarity with the Beauty & Personal Care industry and its products. Must possess strong aesthetic judgment, accurately identify video highlights, and apply creative editing techniques tailored to requirements.
6. Language: English or Chinese can be used as a working language (both written and verbal).
