Offline Channel Lead

About the role: Dream Garden is entering the Vietnam market from 0→1 and looking for a local channel leader to build and own the entire offline footprint in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a ground-up build — you write the playbook, you own the P&L, you deliver the revenue.
What you'll do:
- Build the offline channel from scratch: agent/distributor recruitment, key account development, and retail execution across HCMC's top beauty & pharmacy chains (Watsons, Hasaki, and Long Chau 2600+ stores)
- Own the full P&L, revenue targets, and local team build on the ground
What we're looking for:
- Vietnamese national, fluent in Chinese and English as working languages
- 3+ years offline channel / distribution / KAM experience in Vietnam's beauty, skincare or personal care sector, with proven 0→1 market entry track record
- Existing agent/distributor network in Vietnam beauty & skincare, and deep familiarity with modern trade & pharmacy retail (Hasaki, Watsons VN, Long Chau and so on)
- Bachelor's degree
