Barista

We are growing and are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at Dream Coffee in Bandung, West Java. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced, contract-based work environment. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks to customers, ensuring consistently high quality and presentation
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service, anticipating customer needs and offering recommendations
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of coffee and bar supplies
• Supporting the overall operations of the coffee shop, as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista or within the Hospitality & Tourism industry, preferably in the Bar & Beverage sub-industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and techniques in the coffee industry
• Experience with molecular mixology is an advantage
