- Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market and new developments
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Candidates already based in Dubai are preferred
