Property Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our thriving real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the property market, identify the best investment opportunities, and facilitate successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to streamline transactions.
• Keep abreast of real estate market trends, new listings, and regulations in Dubai.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role within Dubai or the UAE market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
